RS3 turbo upgrades

Hello,
I previously had a C6 RS6 and now have a CLS63 AMG as my weekend car. I'm looking to replace my daily driver which is currently a highly modified Subaru Forester XT. I'm looking for a very fast car that doesn't look too big or expensive so I can park it outside of my business without copping criticism, vandalism etc. I thought an RS3 (either hatch or upcoming sedan) would be good but would like to go a bit quicker. I've seen that there are turbo upgrades for the 2.5 engine that produce huge power for the engine size but other than a few YouTube videos haven't seen any examples on the forums. Anyone know of turbo-upgraded RS3s about and what the 0-100 results are like? Any problems with engine longevity and the transmission handling the torque? An example of the turbo kits are the Iroz Motorsports kits (produce up to 1000hp on race gas!!), also APR have one. Cheers!
