Looks great, very well proportioned. I just hope the driving position is better than the standard saloon.

I had to get shot of a brand new A3 saloon after 6 months as it had such a poor driving position.

Bit of a let down for me looks wise. I was hoping for something amazing but it's just blah. The rear wheel arch is the same as an a3 (arguably no different than before), but I don't like the grille or the rest of the front styling. Wheels are awful (but easy to change). However, it might look a lot better in a different colour with black optics and better wheels.

Defo needs black optics. Defo needs different wheels. Otherwise I like it a lot. I reckon in Daytona (it would blend in) it would get me back into a RS even if it's just for the wifey.

Black optics, different wheels and a modest drop, and i think it'll look great!

Not keen on those seats though...

Yeah disappointing. not enough anger and killers looks for me especially given what it will cost. pity as my S3 saloon was going to be a stop gap until the RS3 saloon arrived. not so sure now.

Massively disappointing with the arches they look non-existent
I think the way forward is the felt-spec double-bluff!

Are those press cars sporting ceramics?

That article Ozzy links to refers to the 'flared arches' - god only knows what car they were looking at! And optional wider front tyres, but no mention of wider rears.

:drink:

Sadly I think Audi have missed the point once again. :audibash:
It's all torque talk.

Wider front tyres (with standard width rears) have been an option on all the RS3s so far to help prevent it understeering.

The adjustable haldex (via MMI) sounds good though. And the RS specific virtual dash option (big rev counter in the middle if I remember correctly).
