New Tarox Discs for my RS3

I picked these up yesterday to replace my knackers fronts discs - I believe there are the first pair out in the wild:

I just need to get the VCDS cable/software am my Autel VAG505 has failed me on my RS3, it will not work on the ESB

What happened to the OEM discs? I thought they were quite good.

The rears are fine, the fronts are toast with the cracks radiating out from the drilled holes, they did not do too badly and they are still working judder/vibration free they are not just up for serious trackday use.

I am swapping the rears as well so that all the discs faces match, I hated what Audi did with fitting a wavy disc to the front only, very cheap of them when they could have reached a little deeper into their parts bin and fitted the RS4 rear disc and caliper.

in my case after 15000 the front discs are crap...

they vibrate soooo much.

Audi will replace them.

I thought I would post up my rear discs swap that I carried out today, just for the record on the 8V chassis the rear caliper brackets do NOT need to be removed to replace the discs, only the caliper slider pins which makes the jobs much less painless

I think you will agree that they look a lot better than OEM, particularly with the matching front Tarox discs.
