RS3 (RSQ3) IC removal

Guys - I had a remap on Friday at MRC and they did well but the IC is not very efficient. I was going to swap it out for an aftermarket job or a chargecooler. Any idea how to remove the IC? Specifically, how to remove the lower front splitter without taking the whole bumper off?
