Anti Roll Bar Bushes

Again, this may sound obvious and I'm sure I can find the answer via vagparts' database but how many anti roll bar bushes exist on the RS2?

I found some Powerflex bushes that looked like they'd do the job but there were >1 type available, inners, outers etc.

I'm now down to the last couple of items on my list from the car's original inspection 18 months ago and hoping that I can get these sorted soon.

Also if anyone has any idea on labour time to fit these that would be handy to know before I call my specialist.
