rs2 for sale in antrim?

there's an rs2 advertised for sale on pistonheads - it's in Antrim. Is anybody familiar with this car - have you possibly viewed it or do you know anything about it? i could be interested in it (definitely interested in buying my first rs2) but it would be a fair old journey to go and view it. any information beforehand would be greatly appreciated.
