Rust anyone

Well I've been putting this job off a while, but thought I'd make a start today.
Cars off the road at the mo, avoiding the salty roads
OE jacking points need some attention, rusty.
Quickish job I thought, scrape off surrounding underseal and rust.
Apply por 15 metal ready, and finish off with Por 15 paint, and reaply underseal
Well, the rust kept appearing the more underseal I scraped away, scary stuff. You think because the underside is sealed there can be no rust, how wrong I was.
Galvanised- no rust
Boooollocks.
If left you'll end up with a Fred Flintstone car, with feet going like the clappers.
If any RS2 owners intend keeping their cars for a long time then I urge you to check out the above before you start to see the road between your legs.
