Anyone replaced their turbo and if so why. If failure cause and mileage

I am on original at 107,000

these turbos have 270degree bearings.they only need a service every 120.000Kms as audi suggests
mine had a hotside problem when i decided to replace it.I bought a new one from STK,did 2000Kms and now went for a garrett.so it is for sale!pm me if interested
