Replacement Battery

Folks
looks like my battery has had it's chips. Was fine when I left it on Wednesday but dead this morning. Got it started and it seemed fine on way to the station. At the station it restarted fine after being left for a couple of minutes. Got back off the train this evening and it was dead again. Had to get the wife out. Since I got the car the battery hasn't ever cranked the engine over quickly so I wonder if it was ever really up to the job.
So, can anyone tell me what is a good battery for an RS2?
