Loss of power following Milltek install?

I have just had a complete Milltek system (incl. downpipe and cat) installed by one of the local Audi agencies, replacing what was probably the ex-factory system (car has done 82000km). Initial impression is that it has lost power, noticeably the turbo kick at 3000rpm. Any ideas where should I start looking to diagnose this problem ...I was expecting a little more power if anything, certainly not less!
