Anyone buy their brakes from Porsche and ask Audi to fit them? Will they do it? I can buy them much cheaper from Porsche than I can from Audi - same part.
Also, I have a left hand drive RS2 and drive in England. My offside wing mirror was broken and when I went to Audi they fitted me with the official part ... which was a MAGNIFIED mirror, which means I can't see any thing coming up on my outside as I standby to pull out to overtake. They say it is the official and only part for the offside wing mirror...is that true? How have other drivers sorted it out?

Ring Audi, tell them you've sourced your own brakes and ask them if they'll fit them.
Better still do it yourself a lot cheaper!
O/S mirror glass for left hand drive has convex lens.
Go on Vagparts site, they have description and price for mirrors and lenses.
