Lightning of Climatronic panel

Hi all,
The lightning of my clim panel works curiously.
When I turn the light "ON" (headlights), the lightning of the clim panel increase instead of decrease.
During the day, I don't see the screen, and at night, the screen lights all the car
The other "lights" works correctly (tachometer, radio, ...)
Is there something badly connected or, is it a default of my clim screen?
