My brake warning light has suddenly started to activate while vehicle is moving. It comes on when car is started and then reverts to OK when brake applied, normal behaviour However it then comes on again, with beep warning and LH green turn arrow. Applying brakes causes it to go off but then it is liable to be activated again after a few moments. Any ideas where I should look? I can't find any reference in manuals to the turn indicator being activated. There has been no recent work done on the car that might have triggered something.

sounds to me like bad/rusty connection on taillights
i hope you talk about the tail brakelight warning..........

Quite often, that can be a poor earth somewhere - check all the connectors and clean them togeteher with all the earth connectors
