aircon power sap

has anyone any data as to how much power the aircon compressor saps from the engine?
You should have no noticeable engine power sap or slow engine pickup if the throttle butterfly and electronics are working/setup correctly when the aircon is working, the engine pickup should be instant as you fly away from stationary.
Power to drive pump is 1.5hp with 5hp max under heavy load conditions.
Fuel use is hard to measure but maybe 1 mpg less max when working, I don’t see any difference on a tank of fuel but there must be a small amount used.
