Anyone with VAG-COM in London area?

I'm trying to get to the bottom of a low boost problem (0.5bar max) as discribed in this thread I started on the S2 Forum:

http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread ... #post72877

So far I have changed the hoses to samco's, fitted a new forge dv, fitted a new WGFV, tried unplugging the MFTS, checked the TPS & CTP, pulled Blink codes (1111 came up: Engine Control Module Malfunctioning - Poor ground connection. Also can suggest that the ECU has been chipped/mapped/tampered with), output tested the sensors. New hall & speed sensors fitted 5 months ago and poor earth connection rectified (i was told). Pressure test kit, new Lambda & new MFTS in the post.

So far, no luck.

Basically it looks like the next stage of the process will be pulling the codes with VAG-COM as I need more detailed info than blink codes can provide.

Can anyone help with VAG-COM in the London area?

All the best....Angus

Try to blank the hose going to N75 then you should get really high Boost
- if yes clean or change N75
- I f not you have problem with you wastgate (always open)

To "fix" a low boost problem all the hoses to the WGFV/N75 were disconected and then joined together to give mechanical control of the wastegate rather than ECU control via the WGFV/N75. There was a 1.5bar spring in the wastegate and there was plenty of boost. This was a quick fix to mask an underlying problem. I have now refitted the stock spring and a new WGFV and the low boost is back and I so far have not got to the bottom of it. Have tried the previously mentioned tests with out any joy, therefore the search for a local VAG-COM.
