I want to replace the OEM speakers on the new RS2. But I do not want to perform major surgery on the dash/doors to do this.
Has any owner replaced their speakers with better spec ones that just fit directly into existing mounts????
Come on guys someone must have done this!! ?

Yes I've done this with no cutting of the doors or the front dashboard.
In the front dashboard I fitted MBQuart 4 inch coax speakers which fit in with no mods
In the rear doors I fitted JL Audio VR525CS component speakers. The tweeter replaces the tweeter mounted high in the rear door(leave standard outer tweeter cover in place and mount new tweeter inside) whilst the woofer replaces the OEM woofer with no need for cutting. I mounted the crossovers in the doors and lined the doors internally with dynamat.
