Hi timusin
I am thinking of fitting the NItrous Express intercooler nitro spay kit or Ncooler as they call it( YOU CAN SPRAY NITROUS OR CO2). I think you have such a kit in our car? What do you think? Does it make any difference on a warm day? Does itmake the intercooler too sensitive in breaking from a small stone or whatsoever? I am just thinking of the summer coming and since the car is now been one a serious upgrade (kkk262729, modified intake manifold etc) its a good opportunity to fit it. THANKS NICK

himmm....
Nick;
i had nitro ,it realy works nice specially if you can arrange the nozzle-positions good.Co2 will do the same thing for sure BUT refilling is a headache.thats why most of the people are using water sprey.its your desicion if you do drag race then go with chemicals bigger effect but waist of time on every refill + you will loose space at the back.
on the other side water sprey is less effective and simple to refill plus you dont loose any extra space for that..
i ve used nos and removed in last ten days cause i thought may be i cracked the intercooler but there was np.altough i have a ready kit to reinstall i am also considering the water sprey in terms of easy refilling & rear space.

Re: @timusin Ncooler
Timusin i am using Water injection. Its system 1s from ELR(www.aquamist.co.uk). It sprays water in the pipe right after the intercooler. I have not really taken advantage of it sinct it was causing "hesitation" in the engine when working. I emailed them and they said i should use the smaller jet .5mm rather than the .7mm i aws using. I also had the jet at our metal pipe before the intake manifold and they said i should move as farther from the intake manifold and just after the intercooler, so i have to make a metal adapter but will be done next week alon with the rest mods. ( in cars with the intercooler on top of the engine they the jet should be fitted before the intercooler, like subarus etc' just in case you were wondering. their site has many infos on water injection not water spaying). aNYWAY SINCE WE BOTH LIVE IN VERY WARM CLIMATES i hope we exchange ideas or solutios on this matter. It seems that i am going after that NCOOLER
I will send fotos as soon as i get my camera.
Good luck to us all
