Have any of you guys changed your gearbox oil?

Thinking of gearchange quality I wondered if any of you guys had changed your gearbox oil.
I changed the gearbox oil on my Corrado to Castrol TAF-X fully synthetic and it made a marked improvement. Apparently TAF-X was designed initially for VAG gearboxes & was used by dealers as an upgrade to anyone who was complaining of a notchy change on early 02A boxes. It isn't cheap at £6.99 for 500mls and a Corrado gearbox needed 2000mls, but it is a one-off upgrade you would do every 100,000 miles or so.
There are lots of other fully-synth gearbox oils so I wonder if anyone has done this? [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
