Caution: hi temp!

red hi temp signal at the gauges but temp is 70-80 celcius on analog and oil temp is low. what can be wrong?

it be-beeps all the time man, iam about to loose my nerve system,everything is cool why does it make this?

Timucin,
if the engine is not really getting hot try disconnecting/changing the multi function temp sensor. This is on the coolant manifold (3 pin plug, I think) under the inlet manifold, when this malfuntions it can also reduce performance, as happened to someone else recently, here:

actually i add water yesterday and it was lighting again this morning. i think there is a serious leak from somewhere,hope something easy like untighten clamp etc...
didnt have any time today and wont haver tommorow but will take it to service soon..

the plastic top of radiator is broken by somehow, i just bought it like two motnhs ago!!!

I had a new radiator fitted to mine earlier this year, which developed a leak a few months later due to a manufacturing fault. It was repaired under warranty and I was told the repair means it's better than it was when new.

cobstar; we dont have good services here , they dont care about guarantee etc. this radiator was invoiced at 08-november-2003 TO ME, i have the invoice in front of me right now....

damn... its not a cheap part... but i have to buy another one.

You can get replacement rads with metal ends.

You can replace the main radiator with type 85 Coupe quattro metal radiator - this will also mean you can get rid of the auxiliary radiator.

In our climate we can get away without changing our main radiator and get rid of the auxiliary radiator - but remember to block the two hoses to the aux radiator as this is in parallel to the main radiator - connecting them together will bypass the main radiator - not good.
