Hmm, you probably need a codec for it.
Try to download DivX and XVid codec. If that doesn't work you can always try the Nimo codecpack:

I was the other one..... We both lost our licenses for 17 months, the time is nearly up now!
And we had to spend three weeks in jail.... He sold his car, mine is in bits. The first thing I thougt was UPGRADE
