HAs anyone of you fitted the garrett GT30R in his RS2? Any comments ? if yes Please send details , what other mods done to house tha this turbo? Intake manifold, programming etc,

Ok i wont step on it [img]images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] Which turbo are you planning to install? I am not sure yet. For the time being i just gathering info and opinions and i am gonna add more hp in summer .the car has a digitech programm already. For the time being i am waiting for a full set of HR suspension to arrive frokm germany and to be installed next week and then i ll see what i ll do with the brakes.I am also waiting for the email from samco for that S2 kit. I ll let you know as soon as i get it. Anyone suggestion about the turbo upgrade?

1-samco hoses : you can register www.s2forum.com these guys are reaily serious audi tuners.most of the members are doing their own modifications. they are preparing a group buy for samco. aby and adu engines have same hoses. this would be the best solution . i m in for their group for samco
-turbo: i dont know garret gt30R but its number says its a ball bearing turbo -am i right?
-ball bearing turbos as i read so far supposed to have almost zero lag compare to our kkks. i can also send you links for that.price is about 1500 GBP . but i stopped following theories long time ago. now i am following real life pro's. there was a post about this turbo situation sometime ago on rs2 list. will find and post them to you if you want.
my idea to go with less problems dont try to invent just follow the experience.other wise you can stay 'rs2less'

-happened to me once [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] i had a 320 hp car.i modified it.bought cylinder heads,cams,management etc which costed 16000 usd with the taxes ,i spent 3-4 months at the end the car was 220 hp while i was expecting 450 [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] (4.6 liter ford cobra on a spectre r42)

The full set springs and shocks is around 1000euros. A friend of mine has just send them to me. theyshould be here in crete in a couple of days. I ll send you the full details then.
