I fairly new to all this and just wondering if anyone on here knows this car.

Ask them how long the cars been for sale...its been there quite some time...its had quite a few owners i see...looks pretty tidy...not one of my personal favourite colours for an RS2...read up both here on S2 forum (not the S2 section on here, its another forum search the web) and SRS...oh and if you cant find answers ask, theres a wealth of experience from owners of these beasties. Nearly, if not 12 months now, I would say.
That was for sale when I was on the lookout for my RS. I bought mine in October last year and had been looking for months.

I'm sure it was originally for sale around the £14k mark.

I would guess there is still some room for negotiation on the price as I don't think Ragussa Green is a popular colour and a member on S2 forum recently sold his black one for around £10k (milage was around 130k I think)

I'm sure the owner is on www.s2forums.com I came close to selling the RS4 for a RS2, I did a bit of research and im sure this car came up, however I do not remember seeing those pics on ebay when i was looking, and that was around 4-5 months ago.

Thanks for your comments. The car has been for sale for quite some time. I've got a deal out of him which suits us both and just wondered if anyone on here new the car.
I used to have an 2000yr RS4 which was fantastic and I shouldn't have sold it. I've always fancied a RS2 so I think I'll take the plunge. I'm currently restoring an Type 85 80 Quattro and have an 80 Sport of the same year waiting in the wings. I've ran a range rover for the last 2 years but think I need now to get back to a proper car.

That's very reasuring to here (not that you are me although your probably a top bloke and all that) that the RS4 to RS2 thing via Landrover works. I'll let you know how I get on.
