Throttle Pedal

Post by DickyC » Mon Feb 09, 2009 6:50 pm

It come away in me hand, mum.

The throttle pedal fell off. It broke at the hinge which appears to be simply solid plastic that just bends until it can bend no more. Who said crude?

Anyway, you have to buy the whole assembly and only LHD ones are quoted. Audi are reluctant to get one in because they won't be able to return it.

Before I get the Airfix glue out and make a terrible mess, does anyone know of a fix or if the LHD one works?

I bought and fitted one for my B3 Coupe years ago with no problems.
