I'm pretty much same as you date wise Amar. I'm in midlands and don't mind travelling too far.

So depends upon the date - however if its weekend I'd do my best to attend .. Travelling from Berkshire

How about somewhere like the Heritage Motor Museum, if not a bit too 'real ale'
Has worked out well for large organised events in the past (what with the big car park and local facilities), but admit may be a bit OTT if only a few attendees for a less formal gathering!

Sadly I work weekends which is a pain. However, on the plus side when I drive the roads are clear as everyone else is stuck in their offices.
