AudiSRS/MRC RR Weekend & Christmas Party 4-5th Dec 2010

Here are the details for anyone not registered on AudiSRS. If you're attending, please add your details to the event thread on AudiSRS
It's back by popular demand !
Yes, 2 more days of rolling road madness at MRC Tuning on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th December 2010.
We are having a Christmas Party (location TBC) on the Saturday evening.

The rolling road sessions will run from 09:30 – 17:00 each day, with a maximum of 25 cars for each.
Participants will need to sign the usual disclaimer. There will be 5 reserves on each day who will only pay if they run.
There will be a barbecue at lunchtime on each day, which will be free
Alcohol will be allowed during the day - for those not driving at least!
Payments are now being accepted, @ £ 50 per car to shop@audisrs.com please make it a gift so we can avoid the fees.
Christmas Meal Location
We have four suggestions for this:
1) Pizzas (or some other takeaway) at the hotel. Everyone chips a few quid in and we eat as we talk/drink
2) Meal at Frankie & Benny's. Just like last time.
3) Meal at the carvery next to the hotel.
4) Book a Christmas party at a local hotel.

In order to make this viable and manageable, we have to run this strictly by payment in advance, which is not refundable but you may sell your place on to another forum member in the event that you're unable to make it after all.
The running order may need to be massaged to ensure both days are full, but we will be able to make it work I'm sure.
