South Mimms Mini Meet 18th Oct

Post by DNA540i » Mon Oct 12, 2009 8:22 pm

A friend of mine has just taken delivery of his Nissan GTR and a few of us are meeting up at south mimms on Sunday 18th to check it out. I hear it's going to be a bit of a late meet but I'll post up on here as soon as I know proper times. If anybody wants to pop along then feel free.

Right I've had the word from the others. I'd first heard it was going to be a late meet but the start time is now 11AM. That gives us enough time to do our thing and then be home for the brazilian grand prix at 4. also being a sunday thats much better than 11pm anyway. Hope you guys can still make it.

oh, as a foot note to the last post, Saif (Mr. GTR) said if it rains he wont come out to play and will arange it for another day lol.

I'm not sure how run in it is yet but from a couple of the doods who have had rides in it already they say it's incomparable to anything they've been in before speedwise.

Buggers!, stick ya foot in the carpet and see if you can make it in time. If you're there by two we'll no doubt still be there. It's hard because of the grand prix timing or we'd have done the meet later on.

good meet. Saif's GTR was great. We had an EVO VI and an E46 M3 DSG too. holding up for the Audi's was a black B7 RS4 and a datona RS6 saloon. A nice slow cruise for a couple of junctions sealed a pretty good meet. then home to see button crowned! thats a real shame about your car david. I'm sure we'll do another meet soon enough and you can make it for once.
