OK, have I missed something here???
I have been organising York meets via TSN & RS246 for the past year, and with a couple of exceptions have only had one member of RS246 attend (Rich C you know who you are

)
Recently I advised both sites that I wouldn't be organising anything any longer, as the interest had faded off to nothing over the past 6 months or so. The last few meets have had massive numbers of 3 in attendance!!!
I'd quite happily turn up for a York(shire) meet, if someone can convince me that there will be a lot of interest in long-term attendance.

I tried to get some interest in a Croft meet up but similar tepid response.
It's always the same, southern based owners don't want to make the trip up here.
Anyway, put me on your list CliveH, i'm going to Croft soon, even if I go alone, I've done it before.
Have my 3 kids every other weekend so I'll just have to see when I can meet up with you lot in the future.
Cheers

If it were Croft it makes it far easier for me to attend.
Like said previously elsewhere Tony family committments coupled to distance have made it difficult for me to get to the original location of the Yorkshire meet, as nice as it is.
If Darlo / Scotch Cormer area Clive H put my name down too.

i dont know if im gonna get slated for suggesting this or not. anyways, I run/assist to run Dub Preservation which is a monthly meet for dubs and Audis at the biker cafe in Sherburn Elmet which is east of leeds just by the A1.
Bear in mind this is mostly populated by younger members of the modified dub community, so its mostly Gti's G60's the odd S3 and the worlds shortest guy in an S8 (seriously), however some decent cars (S4's RS4's S6's etc) would be more than welcome.
Short notice cos the next one is tomorrow night, but like i said its monthly, first thursday of the month.

Not at all, IMO any meets that we know about are good to know, we might just be passing that way and i bet many Audi owners have had VWs in the past.
Thanks for the invite
