Mini Meet - Fleet Hampshire

Hi Guys and Gals,
Natedog, W8PMC, Bigh and I have been talking about an imminent mini meet in Fleet, Hampshire. I guess we need a quick idea of numbers, venue and date/time... so.
I think weekend daytime is better for car drooling, but could be weekday eve. I don't want this to drag on with undecideds, so I suggest:
Date: Sunday lunchtime for food and drink, either 9th/16th March.
Venue: I was thinking about Heron on the Lake,
14 Old Cove Road,
Fleet.
Hampshire
GU51 2RY
Food has always been very good, and there is parking for 60 cars. P.s. It's very easy to get to from the M3/A30.
It's not the biggest venue so depends on numbers, any other suggestions welcome.

Nice one Grant, only problem is this weekend i've friends over from Spain on Saturday & then i'm at VMAX at Bruntingthorpe on Sunday. Next wknd not much better as i'm up North for a 30th birthday.
Heron is only round the corner as well. For the next few weeks, weekday evenings are better.

Oki doki. Weekday eve may be better
No prob with me. Friday is too busy there, but any other night would be fine. Perhaps next Wednesday 12th to break the week up?

A weekend would be better for me, how about the 16th?

Sorry, i'm hating myself (i'm in Hanover on Tue & Wed)
Next week i can do Friday, the following week i can do Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri or the Sat/Sun over Easter wknd.
