getting there about 3ish and running till late. Think my car needs new engine mounts or gearbox, so not going to be able to launch it to hard. just want to beat 12.5. Which is what the car run with 385bhp..

God knows how you did that time with that power... nice high toruqe. What strip did you do the 12.5?
My best was 12.4@115... that was with no traction off the line. Good thing though is it was consistent, within a couple 10ths each time.
Love to get a LWFW on the car and try again... DavidT ran fantastic time with ~400HP... within splits of mine. Only real difference in the cars are the wheels (17 vs my 19s) and his LWFW. Think I was a few MPH quicker over the line though so as I got up and running I was pulling away.

In 2005 I ran two 12.5 at Elvington Airfield ( TOTB) and 2004 run one 12.5 at santa pod. Run a 12.6 at GTI international in 2005 with only a 2k launch..

Doug did say you weren't entirely drive train friendly... I didnt think I was particularly nice to mine, but those are good times. Have a LWFW then/now?

Yes Single mass lighten unit, But it didn't kill the RS4 clutch that was in there before did over 10k on that one..
The fly wheel has been in my car for about 4 years now. so yes all times are with the tangoer single mass flywheel
Car is running light weight pulleys too
