Hi everyone,

I have organised 3 meets in Cobham Surrey over the last few months and I'm trying to get one sorted for the new year. What I'm trying to gauge is where most people can get to. I was wondering if anyone knows of good venues for meets that can get more turn out. I was thinking some where near both the M3 and M4 for ease of travel. I have done all the meets in the past on Sundays which have seem to work well.

I will be making a simple website so people can find out where they are going to be and when.

Any ideas for venues, promotion that sort of thing will be greatly appriecated.

Basingstoke/Reading/Newbury seems to be the M4/M3 join. We had a successful meet not too long ago, and we're discussing another one in the "Down South Meet!" thread in this forum.
