RS246 Rolling Road Meet Sat 17th Nov Thorney Motorsport

Post by DavidT » Fri Aug 03, 2007 1:04 pm

All,

I am pleased to announce the above event. John Thorne is an old friend of the site and does not run many 'club' type days, so we are honoured.

I think they have arguably the best facility in a good location, Milton Keynes. This is a chance to see exactly who has what :)

www.thorneymotorsport.co.uk

Price for the day is £ 1000 and needs to be paid up front. We need 20 cars @ £ 50 each and everyone will need to pay me and I'll pay them (reduces their admin hassle and removes risk, which is fair enough). So basically, if you put your name down, you're paying ;) Haldex cars are OK.

I'll give the list a week and then confirm whether its a runner or not.

Numbers are looking low.... Need more people!!!

It'll be the best chance this year to compare cars like for like.

I'd be very interested if my car is in one piece by then, but can't commit to anything just yet.
