How as it SAINT?

Had a great day yesterday, although I have a confession! I was torn on whether to take the RS4 or the Megane, and in the end took the Megane, mainly because I'm off to the 'ring in September (in the RS4) and didn't fancy replacing the pads/tyres before then.

Have to say though, that the Megane was fantastic on track, amazing turn-in, brakes didn't fade and the slippy-diff is incredible, really tightens your line through corners. Wasn't much slower than M3's down the straights either.

There was a really nice selection of cars there too, including a Roush Mustang which had a massive off into the gravel trap right in front of the pits. It was flying through the air at one point - thought it was going to go over!

There was a black B7 RS4 Avant there, and looking at the state of his tyres, I was glad I left mine at home! Sounded lovely at full chat down the straights though.

Looking at the Bedford Autodrome website the cicuits look brilliant, which one did you use?

Did you get any pics at all?

We were on the full GT circuit - which has been lengthened this year - it's now 4.2 miles!

Sorry, no pics except for the Mustang being dragged out the gravel trap by it's alloys! (No towing eyes!)
