There will be 3 cars joining J39 of the M1 (heading south of course) at approx. 7:10am.
Anyone wanting to join us, we could meet at Wooley Edge services around 7:15?

Clive, what time (approx) do you think you will be passing the services just South of Chesterfield (Junction 28ish)?
I could meet you there if that is ok?

I would think about 7:45ish, but PM me your phone number and we'll give you a call as we leave Wooley.

if this rain doesn't ease off it'll not be so much of a convoy as a flotilla

errr...just slightly...apparently 2 months rain in 24 hours.
Latest forecast for the region is "light rain" on Saturday and "showers" on Sunday.
Someone mentioned that the 1/4 mile drag might be reclassified this year as a Dragon Boat Race...
