South Midlands/Worcestershire Meet

Post by bakerdcb » Mon Nov 07, 2005 5:23 pm

Before things get too busy approaching Christmas and everyone is tied up with Christmas parties etc. what better way to light up a dull November evening? . . . . OK so there are probably loads of better ways to light up your evenings but its a good pub and good company. :D

Thursday 24th November from 7pm onwards at 'The Swan at Whittington'
Go on, you know you want too

"its dark at time of the day guys, why not somthing whilst light is with us" JR

I know what you mean John. Go to work in the dark, come home in the dark! I guess we could always do it over a weekend instead. Sat 26th or Sun 27th in the afternoon before it gets dark. How do I create one of those votes and then we can pick the most popular time?

Thursday 24th 7pm
Saturday 26th 2pm
Sunday 27th 2pm
??? ???

Should be able to make any of those, but better if daytime as can bring eldest son along. Will be my last blast for a couple of weeks as its V-day the following Monday. Sports suspension on all the cars means I'll be staying at home for a while. :assflash:

Perhaps if I let those pretty girls know that it's Happy Hour and there's not a lot of stock left, they might pull me a few pints? (Maybe a tad optimistic there....)

Having said the weekend might be a good idea I can now only do the Thursday night. How is everybody else fixed?
Guess we better make a decision soon or Tom won't have chance to come on the wrong night! :bigblink:

See you Thursday unless I hear otherwise. Can RS4s vs speed rock climbing be the first topic of conversation...just in case I'm late.
