Looks like I am going to need an RS Eric.
It also looks like that date in October (-OCTOBER????!!!!WTF!!

) does NOT coincide with any public weekends at the Nordschliefe

From Ben Lovejoys site :
"There are 11 full public weekends this year - though four of them are in November! The full weekends are shown opposite.
The full schedule can be downloaded in PDF form from the official site by clicking the link below - this will open in a new window:
http://www.nuerburgring.de/download/TF2004.pdf
Published opening times do change from time to time, so it's advisable to check the above link once when planning a trip and again before making your booking.
March 27-28
Easter April 9-12 (4 full days)
May No full weekends
June 26-27
July 31-1 Aug
August 7-8
August 14-15 (also open from 3.15pm Fri)
September 18-19
October No full weekends
November 6-7
November 13-14
November 20-21
November 27-28"
Why October?? Its always November, and if it had been in November it would have HAD to have coincided with an open weekend.
..... Thats what I was going to post. But clicking on the link clearly shows that THE CIRCUIT IS OPEN ON SUNDAY!!!!
Just have to be a passenger with digi cam on Saturday

Best get saving my pennies now then.
Eric, I noticed last year that Quattro had an organised trip/trackday to the Assen curcuit in the Netherlands, is it on this years itinary and if so when is it and how much?? Would love to go around this track, it would suit our cars very well.
Assen = 3.76 miles - 6.049km circuit

So Carl, i always take it for granted that you are one of us anyway, so beer and sucking pig, might be good on the thursday evening, that place in Hieldelberg (house of beer and piglets) Hmmmmm i can taste already.
Joshie the challenge is a great day and im sure that you could get a passenger seat with some one
And of course those roads, its better than anything, the drive down is always interesting.
Simple1 im sure that this will happen nearer the date organisation will be down to moi this year, and all done in good time.
Cheers
