Here is what we have planned:

8:00 - Registration, Bacon butty and Tea/Coffee.
8:30 - Compulsory drivers briefing.
9:00 - On track (Start with a few sighting laps)
Mid Morning - Tea/Coffee
12:00 - Two course Christmas Dinner
13:00 - On track
Mid Afternoon - Tea/Coffee
15:30 - Close (Dependent on light)

There will be 4 instructors available all day. I will ask them to hang around the pit area; basically the rules are use them if they are there, but don't hog them to yourself.

There will also be a photographer on the day. At the end of the day you will recieve an action picture of you/your car, and copy of the group photo.

We are offering all the above for £80 per track driver, and £35 per guest. Payable in cash on the day.

RS246 will be buying all the photos taken during the day to (hopefully) have a nice reportage for the site, and possibly a write up in Audi Driver.

You need:

Road legal car
Driving License
Helmets (£50 deposit, £40 of which is returned)

I would prefer that all attendees advise as confirm asap, as we need to arrange food etc...

Tried to download the video of OP, with my <beep> dialup it estimated a whopping 3hrs 34 minutes...

I'd also just like to turn up and watch for an hour or so during the afternoon as wont be able to have full day off work that time of year/month. Is this possible?

Phil, I posted last week to ask if John Brady could come with his RS4, jr said it was ok, but his name is not on the list. [img]images/graemlins/jawdrop.gif[/img] I hope it is still ok for him to attend. He is not on the internet, so I have to do all his dirty work. Please let me know asap. Thanks for setting all this up, I'm sure ,with the numbers attending, it will be a memorable day. We must get a photo of all the RS4's together. [img]images/graemlins/kissmyrings.gif[/img]
