While I'm posting.

AmD have offered to sponsor me and everyone else who comes on the trip

AmD are offering a full car check over and oil/filter change for everyone. They've also offered to sort out large RS246 stickers for all the cars

All they'd like in return is some subtle stickering on the car.

If you're interested then let me know.

I'll have a word with them. The original offer was for a general check up etc so the car was ready for a run and to pay for the RS246 stickers. I'm not sure what their view would be on other work as it may or may not be more expensive for them.

Phil,

I know you sent me a list (possibly the others) with your best guess-timates for the various costs: sea cat, hotels etc. I was just wondering if you had confirmed details and prices for these yet as the time seems to be pressing on?

Do we need to book the ferry now so we all get a place onboard? What is the departure time in the morning etc? Confirmed prices and arrangements for the extra 3 nights stay in the hotel in Germany would be nice also (I would like to do some final budgeting for this trip, falling mid Nov I don’t want to find myself short on the run up to Xmas).

Your earliest response would be welcomed, cheers Phil.

Vinny.

i think its safe to say the whole thing including food and beer and petrol, crossings and entry will come close to about £800, if last year is anything to go by this is more like £1000 if you end up in drinking compitions in expensive Hotels

Time is advancing and im really relying on PhilT to bring home the Bacon on this one, as i have other pressing issues of my own at present, so i cant actually do the organisation this time.
