That’s upto you. I’m just getting an entry ticket cause I don’t reckon my bus is allowed on track.

Re: Audi Driver International 2018 (Sat 13th Oct)
Quite straight forward I thought. If you just want entry then get the general ticket. If you want track time then you need to buy one of the track time tickets. If you want to go to the awards dinner then get the awards dinner ticket.
I don't think either the track time or gala dinner tickets get you entry to the event so you need a general ticket too I think. Check with the first though as I normally just get the general ticket.
If you want to enter the show N shine get the show N shine ticket. Note the show N shine ticket is the same price as the general ticket and includes entry so doesn't actually cost any more.
Re: Audi Driver International 2018 (Sat 13th Oct)
I've only ever bought at the gate, whenever I've attended in past years - £10, although we usually have club stand passes (mirror hangers?) of some sort ahead of time(?)
Re: Audi Driver International 2018 (Sat 13th Oct)
Yeah same here. I need to fill out the form to get the passes then either buy advance tickets or pay at the gate. I think for track time you normally have to buy in advance but I could be wrong as like I said I never use the track.

Re: Audi Driver International 2018 (Sat 13th Oct)
I'm definitely in for this now, everything arranged this end. Looking forward to it
When I used to show my Golf, at Coombe lunchtimes they did a family 2 lap parade if you had young kids. It was slow going but gave an insight into the circuit.
No good for me now but if they still do it it might be of interest to those that have a young family.

Nice one Gary.
There is an option to arrange a dedicated track session for a club if you have enough people. I think there is another track parade option with restricted speed too so that might be the family option.

Re: Audi Driver International 2018 (Sat 13th Oct)
I have booked us a pitch now so you can buy tickets for our group. RS246 is now on the drop down list of clubs if you go to the Buy Tickets option and click on club registration. Password is RS246.

Tickets for general entry are £10 plus a £2 booking fee. I think they are just £10 on the door so not sure why you'd buy an advance ticket. Think you might need to pree book for track sessions maybe.

Re: Audi Driver International 2018 (Sat 13th Oct)
Back in the day, Phil used to post the hangers out to everyone, but in more recent years we've normally picked them up at the meet point (e.g. Swindon services?) on the way to the venue.
I know some have just rocked up at the venue and said they're on the stand (without a hanger) and have just been directed over without any issue. Can't imagine this year will be any different!

Re: Audi Driver International 2018 (Sat 13th Oct)
I asked for 20 places. Not sure if they will send me 20 hangers or dish them out to the people that buy tickets for the club stand. Either way, as Nick said, once you get in just drive towards the stand and park up whether you have a hanger or not.TechNick wrote: ↑Thu Aug 30, 2018 9:29 pmBack in the day, Phil used to post the hangers out to everyone, but in more recent years we've normally picked them up at the meet point (e.g. Swindon services?) on the way to the venue.
