AITP just posted on Instagram telling all advance ticket buyers to put their wristband on before they arrive to speed up the entry.

Would they let a bike in on the stand? Not mine, but a mate who’s been to most meets with me before.. just wondering. He got a new toy...

Stand no, public parking yes.

Ok people

I have updated the meeting points from the North and South and the final meeting point before we head into the venue. I have also added the list of people attending. If you are not on the list just let me know and I'll add you.

All of this info has been added to the 1st post on page 1 so it is easy for people to find come Sunday.

Any questions please shout.

Yo guys. Any idea what sort of parking plan we have. Ie all in a line ,circle back to back. Thought maybe an idea to have some sort of parking plan so we can get set up quickly. Bear in mind I will be erecting a 3x3 metre pop up gazebo. So we can plan around that. Thoughts!

I think that is a good idea. What were you planning with the gazebo? Somewhere to keep out of the rain? Somewhere to display a car?

Do we want to park in order of type? Colour?

Do we know what we have in the way of cars?

I am happy for people to do whatever they want with the stand, be good to be something other than a line. Let’s see what we have at the Holiday inn? Make a call from there.

The Gazebo would be for shade/rain cover. I’m bringing 6 folding chairs as well for a bit of comfort.

A coloured circle around the Gazebo sounds like a good plan.

Last year I was with the RS6 boys and we did a Vee shape which I thought looked quite good.
