I think now we just have to now wait for the organisers to get back to me on the questions I asked regarding the pitches and how its all going to work in terms of logistics.

100% confirmation of us getting the pitch. I know she said it should be fine, but I really want to have her say yes we have one. I just want to avoid any confusion about where we are placed as originally we were in the 'Solos' but now we should have a pitch.

Then it was general question regarding timings, so what time are you wanting people to arrive, do they need to be in before a certain time, can cars come and go as they please.

Probably a bit overkill but the more we know beforehand the less things can go wrong on the day is my thinking, just like to be prepared.

We still have a bit of time but ideally the sooner we know the better.

If it's anything like last year, then the expectation would be that you're parked up for the duration of the event, and any movement of your vehicle during that time will require an event escort to act as a 'flagman' (kids running around) and to open up the perimeter barriers to get in/out of the main show area.

So we have confirmation of the pitch.

I am assuming timings and so forth will be in the 'more information' part that gets sent out along with the wristbands. I know some of you are coming to AITP 10 at the start of August so may be worth getting together then and sorting a plan out for the day.

If anyone else that has been lurking wants to join, feel free to use the information already posted to get in touch with them to order their tickets.
