Audi Driver International provides a great day out for all Audi owners and enthusiasts, at the famous Castle Combe race circuit near Chippenham in Wiltshire.

As well as fast-lapping sessions on the circuit throughout the day, there are demo drives and parade laps, and the paddock area provides many additional attractions including trade stands and displays, a Show ’n’ Shine and Concours, club line-ups and displays, a technical forum, car sales and autojumble area.

For those who want to make a whole day of it, the event continues into the evening at the Hilton Hotel in Swindon, with a reception, gala dinner and presentation of the Annual Audi Driver Awards, followed by a disco and bar.

Spectators are welcome at Castle Combe during the day. The gates are open to the public from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and admission costs just £10 per adult (children free of charge) Sorry but, to comply with circuit regulations, no dogs are allowed.

I've contacted the organisers, and submitted an entry form on behalf of the forum, for a club stand. There's no additional cost to being on the stand. Other costs (e.g. track sessions) are on their website.

Let's get the ball rolling on a stand for RS246!

There's a 24hr shell garage 7min away (SN5 5XS) in case anyone wants to fill up before meeting and driving to the show (probably a good idea if you're going on track).

They won't let you on if you're too loud? I spoke to JCWF yesterday about getting a system from them and was hoping to get it fitted beforehand so I could possibly be ruled out also.

Either way I think i might sit on the side line for this one. I've never been on the track before and actually never been to a meet where we can go on the track before...

Surely the rest of you lot haven't got anything better to do on a mid-October saturday than coming out to a track to see some nice Audis, meet some forum members, watch cars go round the track, and perhaps even join them out there!

I ain't tracking. I did my last rs6 in 2012 and it span off.
