As discussed in the email chain I very much doubt I will be able to make this event, due to the TARC racing series that I am committed too (6 meetings/12 races), so the racing needs to get my full attention and funding.

yea..but..same as above, really need to factor a budget in as I dont want to miss any races in this series.

Im gutted im not going to Spa, would have been handy if they kept it to October as the season is over then (apart from the Autumn special event).
