Damned fine day out. Had a blast on the old 1/4 mile.

I need a bit of practice 'launching' and getting into second gear, then I should post decent times. The sideways moment on the last run really got my attention :) I was amazed how slippery it was, especially early on.

What about the orange super modified? Capri, 8 seconds, wow, it looked like it had been fired from a gun. There are such a mix of cars there.

I thought I'd beaten stevett (who has this off to a fine art btw) but apparently crossing the line first is not enough :(

Really good to meet everyone, thanks, rs246 meet ups are always great fun and this was no exception.

s4woody B5 S4, good to meet you and thanks for the mag ;) unfinished business at Santa Pod ?
ZeroK66 B5 S4, Welcome to S4 ownership. Good to meet you.
quattrosteph B5 RS4, nice to meet you, heres to next time.
stevett TT, thanks for the advice and for videoing. Great motor you have there.
ash318 B5 S4, fantastic.
njw123 B5 RS4 380, how did you get on ? didn't see you later on.
jimbogrey B5 S4, shame you had to leave early. Full day next time ?

Have I missed anyone ?

I'm going again, unfinished business and all that. Anyone else ?
