Consistently went through at approx 160mph actual, with around 170 showing on the clock. zzzzzzzzzzz.

Got to lose that limiter

Looking at the speeds above, and comparing it to known speeds of known cars previously, then with Opti and Millers and an aggressive setting, I reckon my RS would have hit a true 176mph.

Would have been great to have seen yours there. I am sure you would have bettered nearly everything apart from the Ruf, The X50 and possibly the Murcielago

I saw a fastest speed of 161 on the timing gear and 159 on your sat nav.

Think they have the figures for some cars badly mixed up!

157 was my first run mate. Like when you were with me, I saw 161 regularly, and seldom less than 160. Apparently it is true about the M3 though (like the RS4) that you can get faster speeds by gunning it very hard in 5th. Limiter only kicks in in 6th.
