Would anyone be against inviting Listers to bring one of their 400hp+ S4V8's to Oulton? With all the controversy surrounding claimed figures for their conversion, could there possibly be a better way to see it performing?

Not sure I agree that this is the best place to see it. I'd rather keep this as much of an RS246 event as possible. Don't particularly want it to turn into a Listers marketing/track hogging event.

I agree with Phil on this....... there will be loads of us there and to have a tuning company there without inviting the others would be unfair.

I'd certainly welcome having one of their tuned S4's there -it would certainly add to the event and generate loads of interest for our members which is what its all about.

my two penneths worth - I am against Listers showing up. Some of the worst driving at track days is from the tuners cars as they dont forgive novices, ie overtaking on bends, driving like a bat out of hell to show of their cars - Audi Driver day as an example...

Editted to say I didnt see Listers doing any of the above at Audi Driver, so not a personal attack but just a general opinion of mine.
