Nearly 300 miles to Glasgow in a 5.0V8 and 32mpg !!!

Feck that's good best i get in my RS on the motorway is 27 MPG

and as per the screen it probably will up there at the moment

Didn't realise the high regard that the roads around NE Scotland get, suppose just get used to it

I usually do Aberdeen to Fort William via the Lecht each summer for the UCI DH world cup , apart from the 10miles or so on the A9, probably the best 2h30 of driving to be found

Just on the M6 on the way home

I can positively say the NW of Scotland is officially ahead of a Ring trip and the Alps

do you think it would be dry enough to complete this route in an open cockpit car later on in the year.
