To be fair Kev did very well, first time on Spa in a 1700kg with 2 up, it was the blue flags that saved me hehe
I'm sure he did just messing, I'm surprised your Clio isn't louder inside, looks like a laugh, I owned a 172 sport many moons ago, sharp handling little thing with good brakes from what I can remember

Superb vid.

First time through Stavelot the car oversteers, the last lap you really get the front in and I expect the rear to slide round but it doesn't, is that heat in the tyres? It really holds on, I'd be off backwards if I tried that in my 205!

Thanks Ian, due to the rain I was adjusting my suspension settings and tried three different tyres/wheel combinations. On that Vid I am still running the wet weather set up (with dry weather tyres), so the end will still have less grip but will slide less, so I could not flick the rear out as much as I hoped to.

Stavelot was catching me out a lot, funny how each corner presents itself as a new challenge the faster you go...

Just sorting through the videos and happy to see that Sonny is putting in similar laps times than me. Seems I have a lot to learn :)

These were the laps I was timing using the onboard 'puter. These were dry laps having just had a few pax laps with Sync24 and picked up some new lines. Note the 4th line was 3 laps (I was too distracted to hit the marker button at the right time!!).

Very consistent laps those Phil.

Same applies to Sonny. TBH, that's they key really as easier point to improve from. U both drove some great laps:)

Thanks guys. I think 3 mins isn't too shabby. Having watched other people's lines, it being dry, on my own and a couple of brave pills got me from 3:30 to 3 mins. Was still fighting with the traction control in 2 straight downhill sections. Tried turning it off but needed plenty more brave pills so turned it back on again. Maybe next time :)

Well Phil, maybe hold a higher gear when going into Eau Rouge, the Clio is 4th gear flat... Its slower entry but projects you faster out of Radilion and onto Kemal.

Sonny I noticed you were taking La Source in third, that to save wheelspin on the exit?
