...and i have had more than 50% losses at AMD...actually on that day Scott said my car was bouncing about on the rollers a bit, reckoned I might have had a buckled wheel or something

Tried to get hold of Kim but he is pretty tied up as Peter Link from MTM is over for 2 days.
I will call him on Thurday AM after Peter leaves.

I think there are at least 5 big turbo conversions having custom mapping done..

Woohoo - mines all sorted and it didn't cost a bean. Scott (AMD) called Kim (QST) on Monday to discuss the findings. Scott got me in today and they had it on the RR for three hours. I turned out the ECU had lost it's "ready" (I think that what they were called) parameters. Once reset and the ECU upgraded to the latest version the car managed 385bhp. Not bad considering it had about 6-7 runs in the 3 hours so was probably getting a bit warm as I guess were the intake temps.

I'm very releaved and would like to thank Scott and Kim for their assitance. It when this sort of thing happens that you can really see the customer services that customers offer. Scott refused payment for the work. I think this is because they've found something new today which may assist them in the future.

I'm a happy bunny today. Not only was the car fixed but my wife had a successful 3 month scan. Fingers crossed there's gonna be a baby Scotty!! :P

Pleased for you.....

Did AmD tell you what it was making when they first put it on the RR ? Just wondered if it matches with QSTs RR results....

They saw it at about 350. I had an interesting chat with Scott and apparently they've exchanged a couple of cars to validate power and also their dynos. i.e. a car run on one is then driven to the other and run again.

The differences have been marginal i.e. just a few bhp.
