I presume we can still attend the Karting if we want to right?
Suggest that if you want to do that then get Conti to organize it before hand so to avoid disapointment.
Please dont think its been cancelled due to me going off somewhere, it was not. Its just that i really need to go to MTM just to get the mapping checked on there RR.
Cheers

That's fine, it's your holiday John and you can do with it as you please, I am also hoping to find a little time for myself without having to conform with the group.

I thought that the Karting was advertised as part of the two day event and what I was paying for with my 290 euros? I personally love karting and was looking forward to this as part of MY weekend. Please confirm the meaning of your post Phil? Has the Karting been offically cancelled by them or what?

Vinny.

Spoke to Oliver yesterday and the karting is cancelled, can't remember why. Will ask him again on Monday/Tuesday.

Let me guess Phil....warranty on the Karts has expired, and the supply of "hard" rims has dried up?

Large shirt here... Tim

I like this thread! By the end of it I should be able to 'weigh up' the possible competion for the karting event! Who wants to put 10 Euro on for the winner/highest placed individual from our group or are you all scared of losing your money to me?

Thats a bugger on the karting, surely it was part of the cost?

Whilt a trip to MTM would be very interesting I'd rather we had a bit of fun rather than tag JR around on his warranty quest

Stickers look great by the way, Large size for me please, Thorney.

Here here (no disrespect john)! I will wait to hear what Phil finds out early next week about this after he has spoken to Oliver (and hopefully conveyed our feelings to him). I would expect there to be an ajustment in cost if the karting has been cancelled. I have already dropped Conti a quick mail to see if he can sort something out for us if it is definately a no go.

I'm with Vinny on this one, its now a 5 day trip for a track day only so if karting is gone now as well it looks a but different.

Still keen and all that but using holiday to follow JR round while he gets his car fixed isn't my idea of a vacation
