Wings & Wheels Show RS246 Stand - Sat 26th Aug 2017

I've gone and booked Sat without asking, but do you lot have a strong preference for sat or sun? I know Jon_j wants to join but can only make Sun. I'm happy to change to sun if that's better for more people. Lots of time to go yet, shouldn't be a problem.

Opps, was going to discuss at Boxhill but forgot!
Don't think it makes any odds to me, personally.
Looks like it's a long weekend (Bank Holiday on the Monday), in case that makes a difference to anyone.

Did we ever decide if the club would have a stand on Saturday or Sunday? Sunday is my preference as I don't fly back until Saturday night. It's a bank holiday weekend if I recall too.

Hey Jon - it's still booked in for the Saturday, but I've emailed the organiser this morning to find out Sunday availability. Will let you know what he says.

Did anyone else apply for the motoring demonstration? Just got a response to say I'm in!

OK, got a response...we have to go with Saturday I'm afraid Jon - Sunday had already filled up first. Sorry!

I also got some payment details for the tickets through:

You are allowed four discounted tickets per car including the driver. The costs for tickets are as follows:

- Adult Day: £15
- Child Day: £5
- Adult Weekend: £27
- Child Weekend: £7.50

When you know how many tickets you would like, please give me a call on 01483 542221. I can then note down your requirement and take payment over the phone.
